okay i really don't know what to say about myself, im sort of all over the place with eating. every morning for breakfast i have a serving of any kind of cereal with skim milk (150 cals) for lunch i am all over the place...sometimes soup at hand and i only drink the broth (>70 cals) but today i wanted to see if i would do better at field hockey practice if i ate what someone would say is a normal lunch so i got a roast beef and tomato wrap for some iron and gave half away soo idk how many cals but i think i did improve my field hockey especially because we ran 1 and 1/2 miles today. then for dinner i just ate some random stuff because we hardly have any food in this house. i think im keeping around 1,000 cals a day which is a small amount for an athlete but large for an ED and this is why im so messed up :) thank god i dont have tomorrow off field hockey, maybe ill hop on the treadmill for a bit and i really want to get my hair and nails done because my nails are gross and dirty and my hair is exactly 2 feet long. my 16th birthday is coming up on tuesday!!!!!!!!!! and my mom was asking me what i wanted and i really dont know what to ask for. the things i want most cant be given to me, i have to work for them: to get a soph date, a junior prom date, a prom date, a frolic date, be better at field hockey, and to be tiiiiny. i hate having this toothpick girl sit in from of me because as much as she is thinspiration, i get aggitated and so envious beyond belief watching her drink those 200+ cal chai tea lattes in spanish class. so much to think about! and sort of a boring post soo dont feel obligated to comment
